Operation is easily and quickly learned thanks to a 3.5 or 5 inch touch screen display in colour.

All operating elements such as the pressure adjustment of material pumps, flush pump and atomizer air, together with the USB port and the high pressure filters, are located at the front of the device and can be centrally accessed as a result of the new design.

All material conducting parts of FLEXIMIX 2 are non-corroding, which means water-based paints can be easily processed.

Specially for the WIWA FLEXIMIX series, a new mixing unit with new high pressure filters was developed. The result shows: no crystallization when using isocyanate and easy adaptation of metering according to mixing ratio and viscosities.

With the new multi function rack, the system can be upgraded with optional accessories for example material flow heaters, feed containers, flush pumps or other material pumps. If requested, a mobile multi function rack can be supplied.

The new WIWA FLEXIMIX system enables the use of every application method such as Airless, Air-Combi, HVLP and electrostatic, as well as the conventional spraying methods.
