New flushing arrangement results in thorough inner cleaning of fluid pump - most important when processing two-component materials.
Extra large air passages combined with a new air motor control system result in fast change-over during operation, thereby minimizing spray pattern pulsation and air motor frosting
Air motor and fluid pump are separated by a closed lube chamber. Specially formulated lubricant prevents hardening of paint film onto fluid piston and also prolongs packing lifetime. Hard chromed fluid piston, tungsten carbide ball seats and stainless steel ball valves provide excellent wear resistance.
Dual filter system (suction and high pressure filter) support continuous service.
Note:
Based on pump capacity and oversized fluid passages, the RS version (stainless steel) of WIWA model 4032 is the smallest unit available and recommended for acidic and/or alkaline paints.
